Welcome to the Carmelita’s. We are excited for you to be our guest and experience the difference offered in our Mexican Cuisine. From a small town in southwest Michoacan, Mexico, Eduardo discovered and cultivated his love of cooking as a young boy. As he practice his art of cooking, he quickly realized not all foods shared the same “sabor.” That distinct ‘sabor’ was the love put into the cooking.
Eduardo began getting inspiration from his mother to try new and different things in his cooking. It wasn’t long before his brother, Guillermo, joined in and learned from Eduardo. Guillermo found a specific niche with his cooking by creating an experience of excellence for people.
Carrying a dream in their heart to one day open a restaurant, both brothers began perfecting their trade in the restaurant and hospitality industry in Mexico. They are grateful for the opportunity to share their art of cooking with you here at Carmelita’s.
